Tropical Storm Tammy continues to strengthen in the Atlantic. The National Hurricane Center in Miami says it is expected to develop as a hurricane on its move across or near the Lesser Antilles on Saturday.
Additional watches and warnings are expected today.
Heavy downpours, flooding and mudslides are possible over portions of the Lesser Antilles, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
