Eminem's daughter couldn't get through Eminem's new songs about her without bawling her eyes out.

Hailie Jade made the admission on a new episode of her podcast Just a Little Shady, which dropped on Friday, August 23. The episode, which is appropriately called "Accidentally Making My Cohost Cry," Hailie recalled watching the music video for her dad's song "Somebody Save Me" featuring Jelly Roll, in which Em apologizes to his three kids Hailie, Alaina, and Stevie Lane. The visuals for the emotional record contain throwback footage of all three kids as well as clips from Hailie's podcast. However, Hailie said she doesn't want to watch it again.

"I don't think I can do it again... I definitely cry every time I hear it at all," Hailie explained. "Between that and 'Temporary,' I can't. I audibly sobbed I think for both songs but especially 'Temporary.'"

Both songs appear on her dad's new album The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce). They're two of several songs that make her cry any time she hears them. In addition to both aforementioned tracks, Hailie also said she can't listen to her dad's 2004 hit "Mockingbird" from his fifth studio LP Encore. Despite its traumatic themes, Hailie did commend her parents for shielding her from a lot of the issues her father experienced.

"But I will say, watching the video back, and listening to the songs, I feel like my parents did such a good job growing up where I didn’t realize how bad things were," Hailie stated. "But, now like, as an adult in hindsight, it's so scary to think about. And I think that’s why I get emotional so much, like just thinking that could have happened."
