Good news for the parents of Courtney Clenney and the OnlyFans model, the state dropped their case.

Prosecutors announced Thursday morning that they will not be prosecuting their computer hacking case after Miami Judge Laura Cruz recently excluded key evidence.

Clenney is facing a second-degree murder charge in the April 2022 fatal stabbing of boyfriend Christian Obumseli in the couple's Edgewater condo.

She and her parents, Kim Dewayne and Deborah Clenney, were also charged in a separate case for allegedly breaking into the victim’s laptop

In June, the judge concluded that the Miami-Dade prosecutors violated attorney-client privilege by accessing private family conversations with their attorneys.

Those cases are now closed as of Thursday morning.

Clenney remains behind bars until her murder case goes to trial on August 13th.
