Florida Democrats voicing their concern today about what they call the "legislative creep" into reproductive rights and freedoms.

Congresswoman Lois Frankel sounded the alarm about the latest legal attacks on abortion and IVF treatment.

"Doesn't it seem like a contradiction? Extreme Republicans want women to stay pregnant against their will and also prevent women from getting pregnant who want to get pregnant."

Rep. Frankel says next week she will support legislation to protect IVF nationwide.

This in the wake of the Alabama Supreme court decision that embryos are people.

State Democratic Party Chair Nikki Fried warned that the stalled "fetal personhood" legislation is not dead and will most likely be revived next legislative session by Republicans.
