This is heartbreaking. A Florida teen in Flagler Co. was forced to call the abuse hotline to report her parents.
Sheriffs Deputies were then sent to the home Halloween night and saw the outside was in complete disarray. Inside, they say they found animal feces and urine, rotting food, roaches and flying insects. They went on to say there was no food in the fridge, the only bathroom had no running water and the toilet hadn't been flushed in days.
The teen said she was forced to take care of her younger siblings, ages 12, 9, 8, and 6, in addition to all the animals living there while her parents worked.
