The Golden Globe Awards are this Sunday and this year the menu is going green.
Guests will be served plant-based meals during the award show on Jan. 5.
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association made the announcement on Thursday, "If there’s a way we can, not change the world, but save the planet, maybe we can get the Golden Globes to send a signal and draw attention to the issue about climate change."
The meal will consist of king oyster mushrooms scallops and wild mushroom risotto with roasted baby purple and green Brussels sprouts and carrots. As for the appetizer, guests will be treated to a chilled golden beet soup.
