Yep, a woman named Xiaojing, from China did just that when she asked her boyfriend to marry her she literally went ALL OUT. That's not all though, she literally was dressed up in white wedding gown at the time of the proposal.
This has got to be the most elaborate proposal I've seen in a very long time.
