Kristen Bell Got So Emotional At Her Daughter's Preschool Graduation

Every mom can relate to this. Kristen Bell got so emotional at her daughter Lincoln's preschool graduation ceremony over the weekend. She took to Instagram Story to share a video of herself crying as Lincoln and her classmates sang "I've Got Peace Like a River" with an accompanying musician.

"Don't worry guys, I'm having a GREAT time at preschool graduation," she captioned the sweet, yet still hilarious video. "I'm not a mess or anything."

Bell followed up her first post with another teary eyed shot on her Instagram Story. "Ok I was lying before please send help," she wrote.

Lincoln is Bell's oldest child with her husband, fellow actor Dax Shepard, so it makes perfect sense that the ceremony would make her emotional. Kids really do grow up so fast. The 38-year-old mother of two also told Ellen Degeneres way back in 2012 that "the first thing you should know about me is that if I'm not between a three and a seven on the emotional scale, I'm crying. I'm crying if I'm too sad and I'm crying if I'm too excited. Always."

Now that Lincoln has graduated from preschool, she'll be starting a brand new school ASAP. "She will be starting kindergarten in a month. My first time!" Bell told E! News. "I feel great. I mean, it has nothing to do with me, I'm just sort of here for her and I've shown her the school...they have like play dates during the summer where the kids can actually meet each other, so the environment is slightly more familiar and I have just told her, 'It's gonna be a new school and it's your school,' to give her a sense of ownership, and just be there for whatever she needs."

How much will Bell cry when she drops Lincoln off for her first day of Kindergarten? History suggests there will definitely be some proud mama tears.
